Sitting in a popular strip mall right on Mayor Magrath Drive, this former optometry clinic needed a complete interior overhaul to turn it into an office space for Advantage Financial. Apart from the challenges of transforming a clinic into a modern office, a unique aspect of this project was demolishing a section of the basement to make room for a golfing simulator.

This office also includes a central boardroom, large windows on private office spaces to allow light in, and a gorgeous reception area.

Alvin Reinhard Fritz Architect Inc. was honoured to be presented with an Award of Excellence in 2023 from the Southern Alberta chapter of the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada (AWMAC) for the outstanding millwork design throughout Advantage Financial.
