Brooks Heritage Inn

The Heritage Inn & Suites is a beautiful and fully appointed hotel ideally located in Brooks, AB, just six blocks south of the Trans Canada Highway, near hunting, fishing, and golfing activities. It features Director & Executive suites, 52 Deluxe Standard rooms, and 6 Junior suites that feature Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, and separate bedrooms. Amenities include a dining cafe, 60-seat meeting room, a well-appointed swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness area.

A very deep, but narrow lot dictated a linear design - conditions that ARFAi accepted as a good design challenge. The project resulted in a very cost-effective, yet attractive hotel building constructed in record time just prior to an inflationary construction boom.
