Conceptual Condo

This condo was developed with a premium resort and destination community in mind. The vision for this project was that of a seaside village on a plateau, overlooking water and mountain views. It would house a blend of condominiums, and quality amenities.

It would be placed in a beautiful natural environment which would give rise to an application of biophilia (literally translated - the love of nature) which ultimately led to a terraced design with stepping balconies each with copious amounts of landscaping and accessed from the suites through large areas of glazing, virtually the full width of the suite, blurring the line between the suite interior and the outdoors. This concept of biophilia is further enhanced through the application of sustainable technologies and energy conservation measures.
