Mixed Use Concept

The vision behind this project was driven by the desire to create a mixed-use community that would border a beautiful wetland. The overall design included condominiums, a seniors facility, a small school, a chapel, a beautiful plaza along the shoreline, and a connected commercial area. The plaza would act as not only an attractive environment for residents and visitors, but a hub for the greater community which would invite business from the surrounding area.
